Ruth oversees development and implementation of creative strategies and governance frameworks, ensuring innovative ideas are executed efficiently and aligned with organisational goals. Understanding business priorities and user requirements underpins solution derivation. Her governance and program management expertise maintains high standards of control and delivery.

 

Ruth has an extensive background in program governance, business analysis, finance and economics.  She is experienced in IT project governance using Agile delivery, complying with government protocols for reporting and funding proposals, and developing documents that accurately communicate information from stakeholders and across projects to achieve this. 

Ruth provides delivery management through strategic representation of the needs and interests of business customers, using her ability to understand business objectives and expertise in project management along with her analytical, critical thinking, communication and interpersonal skills.

Ruth also uses her deep understanding of financial analysis, best practice governance, operational drivers of projects and skills in writing and communication to provide program management, applying sound oversight and documentation for financial and delivery performance, reporting and risk assessments, and documentation for procurements.
