During Damien’s 20 years of consulting experience, his focus and passion has been on data and technology - data science, data analytics, big data, business intelligence and improving businesses through the use of technology and data driven decision business models.

 

Damien has worked in management consulting for many ASX-listed companies including Lend Lease, CBA, KPMG and Government organisations DCS, Infrastructure NSW, Aboriginal Affairs NSW, APRA & Transport NSW, delivering strategic complex programs of work, leading large high performance teams that drive sustainable high growth and delivering real customer value.

Most recently he delivered two key initiatives to Department of Customer Service, Better Regulation Division; Single View Program Data and Analytics, predictive risk based analytics to inform data-driven decisions for the building and construction industry; and Strata Hub Program, centralising all information related to strata building into a integrated whole of government technology solution.

 

Damien has also been the founder of an AI start-up in HRTech, and board advisor for PropTech and RegTech start-ups.

 

As Consulting Lead, Damien has overall responsibility for strategic partnerships, project delivery and product development.
